Through the combination of a trauma-focused, somatic, and psychodynamic approach, your unique journey towards healing and growth will be honored and supported.

Individual Psychotherapy
One on one therapy provides you with ~50 minutes of uninterrupted time to process past, present, and future events. This time is tailored to your needs and your goals for therapy. Through collaboration, Summin will support you in both verbal and somatic processing, learning the 'why' behind your behaviors, and pursuing growth and healing. All sessions are held via Telehealth.

Brainspotting & Somatic Therapy
Sometimes talking isn't enough. The body plays such an important role in healing, which is why I incorporate body-based bottom-up approaches with traditional talk therapy. Learning to re-connect with your body and emotions is integral to healing.

Chronic Illness Support Group
As a chronic illness warrior myself, I started this support group to bring together people who have shared experiences with chronic illness(es). We meet once a month to connect, share stories, and reflect on life with chronic illness(es). The group is fully virtual and occurs the first Wednesday of each month from 5-6pm!
